Tasks:

  • All sub committees should be able to put all Wikimania events, gathering, social events, hacking days, etc.. together in one unique program. Each sub-committee to be working alone in first stages, then team leaders would make all events in accordance with each other in one time table. Also see the Program Portal.

Tasks:

  • well, it's not only about communications and PR but also promoting and doing regular Wiki workshops and seminars in Alexandria (and maybe other cities as well) Also planning online and local campaigns in colleges and schools. This last point is really one of our aims in hosting Wikimania here in Alexandria
