Denny (actually Zdenko) Vrandečić studied computer science and philosophy in Stuttgart, Germany, and has dalmatian ancestry.

Today I am at the AIFB, Universität Karlsruhe (TH), working on the Semantic Web and ontologies. I am one of the developers of Semantic MediaWiki. I have been to all three previous Wikimanias, and hope to be at this year's too.
