- Establishing roles and contact.
- Main page content, need more info about WHAT wikimania is. (lots of irc requests)
- Templated version (yet only for LTR, RTL coming soon) of Main page has been put live. New translations and translation pages recoding necessary.

- Organise next meeting time
Summary
- Ask for translation of pages based on new sys.
- Add content and loose a lot of redlinks around the wiki. Lowest priortiy compared to above, but do as much as possible before meeting.
