1. Establishing roles and contact.
2. Main page content, need more info about WHAT wikimania is. (lots of irc requests)
3. Templated version (yet only for LTR, RTL coming soon) of Main page has been put live. New translations and translation pages recoding necessary.

• Ask for translation of pages based on new sys.
• Add content and loose a lot of redlinks around the wiki. Lowest priortiy compared to above, but do as much as possible before meeting.
