Wikimania colors Monobook remix
I've created some color scheme remix of Monobook skin to match the Wikimania colors a bit more than standard Monobook does. I've put it live so you should notice it now, if not, please, bypass your cache.
Feedback and suggestions welcome, however, I think it would be practical to keep it few days without changes to prevent changing there and back and to have some time to gain consensus how to tweak it (if even).

- IIUC about the "You've got new message" notice. Yes, it can be remixed as well, but I didn't want to do all at once in case this color remix wasn't accepted.
